Establishing cooperation with the Transcarpathian Regional Military Administration

🔔The National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine is establishing cooperation with the Transcarpathian Regional Military Administration.

✍️The President of the NAMS of Ukraine, Vasyl LAZORYSHYNETS, signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Transcarpathian Regional Military Administration.

☝️Our goal is to join the efforts and implement joint projects for the treatment and rehabilitation of military personnel, the provision of necessary medical care to veterans, civilians affected by hostilities, families of fallen defenders, and residents of Zakarpattia.

📄The document provides for the provision of emergency medical care, online consultations if necessary, diagnosis, and treatment of veterans. If necessary, the academy’s specialists will conduct outreach sessions. Healthcare workers and members of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, which includes 32 specialized institutes, will participate in joint research activities for training and experience exchange.

✅The next stage of cooperation is to involve Uzhhorod National University, which trains future doctors. For students, this will be a unique opportunity to gain knowledge and practical skills from the country’s leading specialists.
