of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine»
A young scientist is a scientist aged 35 or younger who has a higher education degree not lower than the second (master’s) level, or a scientist aged 40 or younger who has a doctoral degree.
The purpose of the Young Scientists Council is to ensure the active participation of the Institute’s young scientists in carrying out scientific research and the representation, protection, and realization of their rights and interests.
The main tasks of the Council:
- To unite young scientists for scientific activities and prepare proposals for developing a system of grants, scholarships, and other forms of support.
- To promote scientific activity, professional development, career growth, creative potential realization, information provision, and organizational support to young scientists of the Institute.
- To support young scientists of the Institute in carrying out scientific, scientific-organizational, and scientific-educational activities.
- To promote the development and improvement of Ukraine’s scientific sphere and its integration into the global and European research space.
