The Laboratory was set up in 2015.

The main scientific activities:

• The researchers of the Laboratory study the reasons and dissemination of the defects in health care and their consequences in Ukraine taking into account foreign experience for the development of the methodology for their prevention.
• The scientists took an active part in the preparation of the project of military-and-medical doctrine of Ukraine, as well as in the organization and holding of the Ukrainian InterdepartmentalScientific-Practical Conference “Medical Support of Anti-Terrorist Operations: Scientific-and-Organizational and Medico-Social Aspects” (June14-15, 2016).
• A draft of the Project of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On the Approval of the Sequence of Preparation and Publication of the National Report on the State of Health of the Population of Ukraine and Efficiency of the Activity of Public Health System” has been prepared.
