On April 22, 2025, an open day for students was held in the Laboratory of Production Quality and Safety Control

On 22.04.2025, as part of career guidance activities for young people, an Open Day was held at the Laboratory of Production Quality and Safety Control of the State Institution «Marzieiev Institute for Public Health of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine.»

The Laboratory was visited by a group of students of the Medical Faculty of the Kyiv Medical University.

The Head of the Laboratory, Natalia Ostanina, familiarized the guests with the quality management system implemented in the Laboratory since its accreditation (in 2004) by the National Accreditation Agency of Ukraine according to the international standard EN ISO/IEC 17025:2019 (EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017, IDT; ISO/IEC 17025:2017 IDT).

The guests were shown the work of the physical and chemical department of the Laboratory.

The new equipment of the Laboratory, namely the Intelligent Calculation System (ICS) software, equipment designed for analysis by High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), Infrared Spectrometry (IR), etc. aroused great interest. Leading Laboratory specialists provided comprehensive answers to all the visitors’ questions.

The guests visited the Laboratory’s vivarium and microbiology department.

The guests were also introduced to the archives of medicinal products and Laboratory standards created in accordance with European requirements and to the regulatory documents developed in the Quality Management System.

During the tour, the guests had the opportunity to receive comprehensive answers from the leading experts of the Laboratory to all questions regarding the quality control of medicinal products.
