Deepening of cooperation between the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control and the SI «IPH NAMSU»

🤝 On February 19, 2025, the Head of the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control Roman Isaienko met with the Acting Director of the State Institution «Marzieiev Institute for Public Health of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine» of Ukraine Igor Shkrobanets.

✅ The main topic of the conversation was the renewal and further constructive development of cooperation between the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control and the State Institution «Marzieiev Institute for Public Health of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine» (SI «IPH NAMSU»).

✅ In particular, a joint decision was made to establish an interdepartmental scientific council, which should include leading domestic institutions dealing with the issues of ensuring and controlling the quality of medicines in the Ukrainian pharmaceutical market. Thus, in addition to the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control and the SI «IPH NAMSU,» the State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the Ukrainian Scientific Pharmacopoeial Center for Quality of Medicines, other interested government agencies, specialized state-owned enterprises, and leading educational and scientific institutions may become members of the future interdepartmental scientific council.

The State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control is always open to constructive dialogue, cooperation, and implementation of joint ideas that will be useful for the pharmaceutical industry, our citizens, and the state.
