Resuscitation vehicle for military medics – support from the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine

❗President of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, Academician Vasyl LAZORYSHYNETS, Major General of the Medical Service, Vice President of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, Academician Igor LURIN, and Deputy Director of the M.M. Amosov Institute of Cardiovascular Surgery, Serhiy SIROMAKHA, paid a working visit to the Military Medical Clinical Center of the Northern Region.

📌During the visit, the delegation presented the Center with a modern ambulance for the needs of military medics who save lives on the front lines every day.

The head of the Center, Hero of Ukraine, Colonel of the Medical Service Eduard KHOROSHUN, expressed his gratitude for this important support during a very difficult time for the country.

🚑The resuscitation vehicle is equipped with everything necessary to provide emergency care and evacuate the wounded. It will be a valuable aid in the daily struggle for the lives of military personnel.

👩‍🔬Since 2014, specialists from the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine have been actively helping to save the lives of Ukraine’s defenders. In close cooperation with military doctors, they not only treat the wounded but also develop new methods of providing assistance and work to improve the stages of medical evacuation from the battlefield.

❗During the meeting, they also discussed further steps in cooperation and strengthening the medical defense system.
