The Future of Medicine Begins Today
One of the key missions of the public health system is to ensure the quality of health of the Ukrainian population today and in the future. Therefore, taking care of medical students, and their access to knowledge, practice, and modern technologies is actually an investment in the health of each of us.
By supporting future doctors, we create an effective medical system that can be trusted!
Today, on February 6, 2025, the Ukrainian Federation of Professional Medical Organizations (UFPMO), the Ukrainian Medical Students Association (UMSA), and the Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine signed a trilateral memorandum of cooperation.
This agreement opens up new opportunities for students: from participation in joint educational projects to internships abroad.
The document was signed by Rector Viacheslav Kaminskyi on behalf of the University, Secretary General Igor Shkrobanets on behalf of the UFPMO, and Anna Blyzniuk, President of the UMSA, on behalf of the UMSA.
Igor SHKROBANETS, Secretary General of the UFPMO (who is also the Acting Director of the State Institution «Marzieiev Institute for Public Health of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine»), emphasized the extreme importance of working with young professionals:
«We care about the development of the medical profession and the quality of medical personnel. That is why we need to support future doctors who are already guided by scientifically based international healthcare standards.»
The University, the UFPMO, and the UMSA are already planning meetings with students in February to tell them more about the possibilities of cooperation and international mobility.
