Memorandum of Cooperation signed between the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine and BLOCK HTS 🇺🇦🇨🇿

✍️ On December 2, 2025, the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine officially signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Czech engineering company BLOCK HTS s.r.o., which specializes in clean room technologies, medical infrastructure, and comprehensive healthcare solutions.

📄The document was also signed with the participation of the Czech-Ukrainian Institute of Health (CUIH) public organization.

The signing was a logical continuation of the working meeting held on November 20 by Vasyl Lazoryshynets, President of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, with the CEO of BLOCK HTS and the Executive Director of SGC Corporation.

During the meeting, the parties agreed on the need to prepare a Memorandum, and today the document was officially signed as agreed.

📍What does the Memorandum provide for?

The document creates a framework for strategic cooperation aimed at:

✅supporting the reconstruction, modernization, and development of healthcare facilities of the NAMS of Ukraine;

✅utilizing BLOCK HTS’s professional experience in engineering, clean rooms, medical infrastructure design, and project coordination;

✅regional and academic support from CUIH in Lviv – communication, coordination, and support;

✅Leadership of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine in identifying needs, priorities, and managing implementation.

🤝The signing of the Memorandum paves the way for deeper cooperation and the attraction of resources for the modernization of the Academy’s medical infrastructure.
