On April 30, 2025, an information event «STRATEGIES AND TOOLS FOR FORMING INTERNATIONAL CONSORTIUMS FOR HORIZON EUROPE PROJECTS» was held

On April 30, 2025, an information event titled «STRATEGIES AND TOOLS FOR FORMING INTERNATIONAL CONSORTIUMS FOR HORIZON EUROPE PROJECTS» was held. It was organized by the National Contact Point “Digitalization, Industry, Space” (Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv) in cooperation with the “Horizon Europe Office in Ukraine” of the National Research Foundation of Ukraine, the Ukrainian Business Council, and EEN-Ukraine.

Hanna Tolstanova, Vice-Rector of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, and Ihor Taranov, Head of the Horizon Europe Office in Ukraine, delivered welcoming remarks.

The program included the following presentations:

– Best practices of international consortia formation in the Horizon Europe program (Maksym Kolisnyk, Chief Specialist of the Horizon Europe Office in Ukraine);

– Building successful international consortia for EU programs (Bogna Hryniszyn, Director of the Department of Excellence in Science, Polish Academy of Sciences (Warsaw, Poland);

– Evolution of European research partnerships: 25 Years of Consortium Coordination Experience (Dr. J. David Tàbara, Global Climate Forum, Autonomous University of Barcelona (Spain);

– Strategic design and management of consortia: Efund’s approach to building successful partnerships (Corentin Nommay, Head of Business Unit, Efund (Bordeaux, France);

– Enterprise Europe Network’s tools for finding partners and forming consortia (Vasyl Matei, Enterprise Europe Network expert);

– How can the national contact point help create and strengthen international partnerships (Vasyl Namoniuk, Head of the Horizon Europe NFP «Digitalization, Industry, Space»).

The webinar from the State Institution «Marzieiev Institute for Public Health of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine» was attended by Deputy Director for Scientific Work, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Olena Turos, Head of the Laboratory of the Safety of Children’s Population Vital Functions, Doctor of Medical Sciences Alina PLATONOVA, Leading researcher of the Laboratory of Nutrition Hygiene and Safety of Food Products, Doctor of Medical Sciences Olena PETRENKO, and Head of the Department of the Support of State Programs and International Relations, Candidate of Medical Sciences Alla KOBLIANSKA attended the event.

The information received will be used for possible participation in the program and further development of international cooperation of the Institute’s scientists.
