On July 3, 2025, at the initiative of the WHO, a meeting was held with experts from the Swedish Health Protection Agency and the Department of Health of the Government of Ireland.
The purpose of this meeting was to accelerate the special risk assessment and provide information to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to prepare proposals for the National Climate Change Adaptation Program. During this meeting, the participants familiarized themselves with the applied methods of assessing climate risks and vulnerability of the population, exchanged experience, and discussed the possibilities of adapting the relevant tools to the conditions of Ukraine.
