\ud83d\udccdThe President of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine Participated in the Ceremonial Signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

On September 8, 2026, Vasyl Lazoryshynets, President of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine and Academician of the National Academy of Sciences and the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, took part in the ceremonial signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation between the All-Ukrainian Public Organization \u00abStop Corruption\u00bb and the Public Union \u00abUkrainian Federation of Professional Medical Organizations\u00bb (UFPMO).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The All-Ukrainian Public Organization \u00abStop Corruption\u00bb was represented at the signing ceremony by the organization\u2019s co-founder, civic activist, and volunteer Roman Bochkala; co-founder and renowned attorney Bohdan Khmelnytskyi; and Board Chairman Ihor Bondarchuk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udcc3The memorandum aims to develop cooperation in the healthcare sector, support medical workers and patients, uphold the principles of integrity, transparency, and accountability, and implement joint social and professional initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u26a1\ufe0fDuring the event, the importance of uniting the efforts of the medical community and civil society organizations to support the military, patients, and healthcare workers amid a full-scale war was emphasized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Igor Shkrobanets \u2013 Secretary General of the \u00abUkrainian Federation of Professional Medical Organizations\u00bb (UFPMO), Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Honored Health Care Worker of Ukraine, and Director of the State Institution \u00abMarzieiev Institute for Public Health of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine\u00bb \u2013 was also present at the ceremonial signing of the Memorandum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83e\udd1dThe Memorandum provides for joint work on the development of the medical sector, the preparation of proposals to improve legislation and state policy in the field of healthcare, and the conduct of research, educational events, seminars, and roundtables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
