National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine and the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u270d\ufe0fThe Memorandum was signed by Vitaliy Kim, Head of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, and Vasyl Lazoryshynets, President of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences and the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udcc4The document outlines the main areas of cooperation between the parties in the fields of healthcare, medical, physical, and psychological rehabilitation, as well as support for individuals affected by the armed aggression against Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2705The purpose of the Memorandum is to establish systematic cooperation to preserve and restore the physical and psycho-emotional health of military personnel, war veterans, and civilians affected by hostilities, as well as the family members of fallen Defenders of Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2705Among the priority areas of cooperation are the implementation of joint programs in the field of medical and psychological rehabilitation, the adoption of modern approaches to health recovery, the conduct of informational and educational campaigns, and the organization of conferences, forums, roundtables, and other events aimed at supporting the population and improving access to specialized medical care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udccdThe parties will pay special attention to coordinating joint initiatives, exchanging experience and information, and developing interagency cooperation to improve the effectiveness of medical and social support for people affected by the consequences of the war.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udce2The signing of the Memorandum marked another step in strengthening cooperation between the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine and the Mykolaiv region, aimed at developing the healthcare system, rehabilitation, and support for Ukrainian defenders, veterans, and the civilian population during wartime.\ud83c\uddfa\ud83c\udde6<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery
