She introduced participants to the possibilities of using digital tools to verify the accuracy of information in scientific work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the workshop, the main methods for identifying fake news in text materials, images, and video content were discussed, and practical tools for verifying information sources, analyzing digital images, searching for primary sources, and identifying manipulative content were demonstrated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Particular attention was paid to issues of information security, critical thinking, and academic integrity in the context of the rapid development of digital technologies and the spread of disinformation. Event participants gained practical skills in working with online fact-checking services and discussed opportunities for their application in scientific, educational, and professional
