At the same time, a significant proportion of cases remain undiagnosed or inadequately managed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\uddfa\ud83c\udde6In Ukraine, the problem also remains relevant: the disease is common among both children and adults, and the detection rate does not always reflect the actual prevalence, indicating the need to strengthen diagnosis and prevention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83e\uddd1\u200d\u2695\ufe0fKey recommendations from doctors:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>manage symptoms and see a doctor regularly;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>use prescribed inhalation therapy;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>avoid triggers (allergens, tobacco smoke, air pollution);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>do not self-medicate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pay special attention to children and patients with chronic conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Asthma is a condition that can be effectively managed. Timely diagnosis, access to modern treatment, and a responsible attitude on the part of the patient allow for a full and healthy life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(date of publication on the website:
