\ud83c\uddfa\ud83c\udde6\ud83c\udde8\ud83c\uddff<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u270d\ufe0f On December 2, 2025, the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine officially signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Czech engineering company BLOCK HTS s.r.o., which specializes in clean room technologies, medical infrastructure, and comprehensive healthcare solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udcc4The document was also signed with the participation of the Czech-Ukrainian Institute of Health (CUIH) public organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The signing was a logical continuation of the working meeting held on November 20 by Vasyl Lazoryshynets, President of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, with the CEO of BLOCK HTS and the Executive Director of SGC Corporation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the meeting, the parties agreed on the need to prepare a Memorandum, and today the document was officially signed as agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccdWhat does the Memorandum provide for?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The document creates a framework for strategic cooperation aimed at:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2705supporting the reconstruction, modernization, and development of healthcare facilities of the NAMS of Ukraine;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2705utilizing BLOCK HTS&#8217;s professional experience in engineering, clean rooms, medical infrastructure design, and project coordination;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2705regional and academic support from CUIH in Lviv \u2013 communication, coordination, and support;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2705Leadership of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine in identifying needs, priorities, and managing implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83e\udd1dThe signing of the Memorandum paves the way for deeper cooperation and the attraction of resources for the modernization of the Academy&#8217;s medical infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We thank our partners from the Czech Republic for their support and constructive dialogue.
