September 23, 2025, Speech by Igor Shkrobanets, Secretary General of the Ukrainian Federation of Professional Medical Organizations, on the Program Report on the Federation’s plans and prospects for 2025-2030<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Head of the State Institution \u00abMarzieiev Institute for Public Health of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine,\u00bb<\/a> Secretary General of the Ukrainian Federation of Professional Medical Organizations<\/a>, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Igor SHKROBANETS<\/a><\/strong> took part in the Congress of Delegates from member organizations of the UFPMO<\/a>, which was held on September 23, 2025, in Kyiv at the Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The delegates of the congress, representing professional medical organizations from all regions of the country, heard the report of the President of the UFPMO<\/a>, Academician of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Vyacheslav KAMINSKYY<\/a><\/strong> on the activities of the Federation for 2020-2025 and recognized such work as satisfactory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On behalf of the elected President of the UFPMO<\/a>, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences and the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, President of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Vasyl LAZORYSHYNETS<\/a><\/strong>, the Secretary General of the Federation, Igor SHKROBANETS<\/a><\/strong>, presented the Program Report on the plans and prospects for the development of the Federation for 2025-2030 to the delegates of the congress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the congress, delegates considered and approved a number of personnel and organizational issues. These included: the election of the president, vice presidents, the composition of the Audit Commission and the Supervisory Board; the creation of specialized chambers and separate divisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A decision was made to introduce a professional award of the UFPMO<\/a>, membership fees, and the promotion among UFPMO<\/a> member-associations of \u00abPractical Recommendations for the Organization and Carrying out of Hospital Assessment of Medical Technologies in Healthcare Facilities,\u00bb as well as other current issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The congress proceeded smoothly in a warm professional atmosphere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
