<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Methodological Recommendations \u00abProgram of Comprehensive Restoration of Regions and Individual Territorial Communities by Sectoral Prioritization under Martial Law and in the Postwar Period as a Component of the National Security of Ukraine\u00bb<\/em><\/a><\/strong> have been published.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The methodological recommendations were created within the framework of the research work of the SI \u00abIPH NAMSU\u00bb<\/a><\/strong> \u00abHygienic Assessment of Urban Planning Documentation of Settlements Affected by Hostilities to Create Conditions for Safe Living\u00bb (AMN.03.23, State Registration Number 0123U100941).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The purpose of these methodological recommendations is to provide organizational and methodological assistance and implement an algorithm for creating a Comprehensive Recovery Program for making prompt and anti-crisis government decisions on immediate recovery, rebuilding cities to create conditions for safe living, preserving and strengthening the health of the population.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The methodological recommendations are proposed for implementation by: specialists of executive authorities and territorial communities, specialists of project and expert organizations of the Ministry of Infrastructure, the public health system of Ukraine, regional State Institutions \u00abCenter for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine,\u00bb territorial bodies of the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection, practicing hygienists, ecologists, designers, employees of territorial communities and stakeholders in the post-war reconstruction of the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
