Fedorishyn \u2013 founder of the psychological and pedagogical school of vocational guidance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n Scientific, methodological and practical foundations of modern vocational guidance: new approaches.<\/li>\n\n\n\n Psychological support of professional activity of pedagogical workers in the context of global changes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n Actualization and development of personal and professional resource of a person.<\/li>\n\n\n\n Strategies of realization of professional vocation and ways of self-realization of university graduates: challenges and prospects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n Professional diagnostics and counseling in the context of global change.<\/li>\n\n\n\n Professional adaptation and maladaptation of the subject of activity in crisis conditions (war, occupation, forced resettlement, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n Psychological security of the individual and legal means of protecting the individual from threats in the field of professional activity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n Psychological and psychotherapeutic assistance to various categories of the population under martial law and post-war recovery, in particular on issues of personal and professional development.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tetiana STANKEVYCH<\/strong>, Leading Researcher of the Laboratory of the Social Determinants of Population Health, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Senior Researcher, made a presentation on \u00abApplication of Psychological Tools in the Educational Process: Assessment of the Impact on Mental Health of Teachers<\/strong>.\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The report highlights the results of a two-year study of the mental health of teachers who used \u00abpsychological minutes\u00bb in the educational process in accordance with the recommendations of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. The data obtained show that despite the widespread integration of psychological tools into the educational process, no positive impact on the psycho-emotional state of teachers themselves has been recorded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This suggests the need to reassess approaches to psychological support programs for teachers in general secondary education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is also necessary to continue monitoring the mental health of all participants in the educational process under martial law to improve mental health support strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
