Keynote presentations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Competitions of the National Research Foundation of Ukraine. Organizational support from application to reporting (<\/strong>Andriy Kuznetsov, Deputy Director of the NRFU for Grant Support);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The Horizon Europe program is an EU program for research and innovation<\/strong>: (Igor Taranov, Head of the Department &#8220;Horizon Europe Office in Ukraine&#8221; of the NRFU);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Legal Aspects of Participation in the Horizon Europe Program (<\/strong>Yulia Reminska, Chief Specialist of the Office of Horizon Europe in Ukraine, NFUF);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Organizational and Legal Aspects of Competitive Selection and Grant Support of the NRFU <\/strong>(Roman Paliy, Head of the Legal Department of the NRFU);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Technical briefing <\/strong>(Denys Nikolaychuk, specialist of the &#8220;Horizon Europe Office in Ukraine&#8221; department of the NRFU).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>It is noted that <strong>the Horizon Europe <\/strong>Strategic Plan for 2025-2027 is based on an extensive analysis, including a gap analysis of missing topics and potential gaps in the areas of activity envisaged by the program&#8217;s legal framework.
