Copyright Policy<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

We publish on the Institute’s Site only the texts, photos, video, and audio content that do not contradict Ukraine’s legislation and constitution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Organizations or individual authors should send materials for publication on the Institute’s Site to the Site’s editorial team at melka-jul@ukr.net<\/a>. The Site’s editorial team coordinates the publication of obtained materials with the Institute’s Administration. Sometimes, under the preliminary coordination of quality changes with the author of the material, we require quality optimization for photos and media files of considerable size. After completing all the coordination and editorial activities, we publish the materials on the Institute’s Site indicating the author.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We publish the materials taken from other sources with the compliance of copyright obligatory indicating the source.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Organizations or individual authors should send their claims concerning copyright violation to the Site’s editorial team at melka-jul@ukr.net<\/a> and to the Institute’s Administration at iph_office@ukr.net<\/a>. If the fact of the copyright violation is confirmed, we remove from the Institute’s Site any such materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only the registered users of the Institute’s Site could leave comments on the Site’s publications (if allowed). The constructive criticism of the opened-for-discussion publications is welcome. The authors of such comments (the registered users of the Institute’s Site) are responsible for the comment’s content. Site administrators and editors have the right to delete and block users whose information messages are abusive or violate the legislation of Ukraine.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
